All consultation sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellation over 24 hours: Full refund or rescheduling allowed

• Cancellation within 24 hours: Non-refundable

• No-show: Non-refundable

 

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
